Beth Tfiloh’s soccer team captain, Ethan Glazer, is leading his team with relentless dedication and a drive to win the championship this season. Growing up with a passion for soccer, Ethan thrives on the sport’s competitive nature and also plays lacrosse professionally, which pushes him to maintain top fitness.  For Ethan and his teammates, practice is a daily commitment involving intense warm-ups, running, and passing drills. He also enjoys motivating the team, keeping spirits high with words of encouragement that strengthens team unity.

Ethan’s commitment to improvement goes beyond regular practices. He believes that putting in the extra effort, especially in the off-season, is what sets players apart. This willingness to do what others don’t have helped him grow as an athlete and leader. Currently, he’s working through a lower back injury. 

Additionally, last year, the team placed second in the championship, but Ethan is confident that with their talent, hard work, and BT’s great facilities, the soccer team will win future championships.

Fostering a positive and connected team environment is essential to Ethan’s leadership style. He makes a point to engage with teammates from all grades, valuing the bonds they share both on and off the field. For him, trust and teamwork are the foundations of their success. With his mix of passion, determination, and a supportive spirit, Ethan is ready, and led Beth Tfiloh’s soccer team to a strong season.
